Jennifer JollyMy goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, trusting environment. In this place, we can work together to find the solutions that work best for you. I offer therapy that focuses on what matters to you and making changes that matter to you. We will explore patterns of behaviors, emotions, and thoughts and work on those areas that need improvement. I have the honor of working with people with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, high levels of work-related stress, chronic illness, trauma, interpersonal problems, and intimacy concerns. Some populations I work with include first responders, betrayed partners (including partners of sex addicts), LGBTQ, service industry, and sex workers. Even the strongest and smartest people have their struggles and sometimes, it can be very hard to ask for help. I am here to help so that you do not have to face these challenges alone.
